As all of our products are handmade and made to order, we kindly ask customers to review product descriptions, photos, sizes, and shipping information carefully before placing an order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the high costs associated with international return shipping and customs procedures, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been shipped.
Please note that all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
In many cases, the total cost of return shipping and customs charges exceeds the value of the product itself. For this reason, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not offered once an order has been shipped.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care in creating and packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
