Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the high costs associated with international returns, customs duties, and import/export processing, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been shipped.
In many cases, international return shipping and customs-related fees exceed the value of the item itself. Additionally, these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns once an order has left our workshop.
We kindly ask customers to review product photos, descriptions, sizing information, and estimated delivery times carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will do our best to find the most appropriate solution.
Natural Materials
Our products are made with real preserved and dried flowers. Small variations in color, size, shape, and arrangement are natural and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
